Household level interventions

Cash transfers provide small cash sums to households to increase income available to invest in human capital development, such as education and health care. Such programs are typically divided Conditional Cash Transfers (CCTs) that provide cash sums to households conditional on certain behaviours, such as attending school; and Unconditional Cash Transfers (UCTs) where the cash transfer is not conditional on any particular behaviour.
